Mr. Prem Kumar Agarwal
Managing Director
Mr. Prem Kumar Agarwal is the Managing Director of the PRM Begraj Group. An Iconic figure, Mr. Agarwal holds several key positions on various regulatory and professional boards. He spearheaded the groups journey along with his mentor and elder brother Shri Begraj Mittal. Apart from corporate pursuits, Mr. Agarwal also fulfills his social responsibility towards the society at large and that makes him known to the mass as a respected philanthropist.
He is an avid Yoga and Mediation enthusiast and is religiously involved with the Art of Living foundation promoted by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji. Apart from this, Mr. Agarwal is also keenly involved with Vidya Bharti Foundation, Ekal Vidyalaya, Lions Club International, Friends of Tribal Society and many more social organisations working towards human welfare.
Mr. Utsav Mittal
Executive Director
Mr. Utsav Mittal is one of the executive directors of the company. He has done his B.Com(H) from the Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi and M.Sc Management from Cass Business School, London. A young and dynamic personality, he is in charge of the residential wing of the group. He is also handling the liquor division of the group. He actively supports society development though organisations like Round Table India and Lions Club of which he is a member. He is a fitness enthusiast and loves to follow all sports.
Mr. Umang Mittal
Executive Director
Mr. Umang Mittal is one of the executive directors of the company. He has done his B.Com(H) from the Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi and Masters from Indian School Of Business, Hyderabad. He heads the Retail Real Estate Business of the group and oversees all business development activities. He is a member of prestigious organisations including Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) and The Indian Chambers Of Commerce(ICC) . Leveraging his entrepreneurial abilities, he is not only re-energizing the systems and processes inside the organisation but also changing the way the group thinks and operates.

Founded by visionary chairman Mr. Begraj Agarwal. Established 8 commercial complexes, including City Plaza, Apollo Tower, Golden Plaza, Spencer Plaza, Metro Plaza, and Airport Plaza, at prime city locations
Launched Green Valley, North Bengal's first gated community with modern amenities
Unveiled the Northeast India's first mall, Cosmos Mall, setting a new benchmark for retail development
Expanded into logistics with the construction of over 1 million sq. ft. of logistics parks
Entered the liquor industry with Diageo, establishing North Bengal's first IMFL plant in Siliguri
Launched an HIG Residential Project- 'Lumina'
Launched Vega Circle Mall, introducing global brands like Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Hamleys to Siliguri
Rolled out the PRM Marketcity concept-mini-malls for smaller towns. Opened centers in Jalpaiguri, Cooch Behar, and Raiganj. Also revamped Sunflower Mall into India's largest FBB store
Launched 'Sriniketan Housing' with 202 flats & 'Anandville' with 746 flats. Siliguri's largest residential project
